Infant & Child Policy

• Children below 5 years will be complimentary on the adult meal plan without any extra mattress, but applicable charges will be levied for Govt. Ferry/Makruzz/Coastal Cruise/Green Ocean.

• If a child requires an extra mattress, adult rates will be applicable.

• Children aged 12 years and above will be considered as adults.

• Children between 5 to 11 years will be charged with or without an extra mattress.

Payment Policy & Mode of Payment

Advance Booking Fee:

• 60% of the total package cost at the time of booking.

• Remaining 40% upon arrival in Port Blair.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Natureland Tours and Travels values its customers and follows a fair cancellation policy:

• 5% retention will be charged if booking is cancelled any time after confirmation.

• 10% retention will be charged if cancelled before 30 days of arrival.

• 50% retention will be charged if cancelled between 15 to 30 days of arrival.

• 75% retention will be charged if cancelled between 10 to 15 days of arrival.

• 100% retention will be charged if cancelled within 10 days of arrival.

• No refund will be applicable for cancellations of bookings between 15th December to 15th January.

Important Notes:

• Natureland Tours and Travels is not responsible for cancellations made by service providers (hotels, ferries, cruises, vehicles, shows, etc.) due to climatic conditions or any unforeseen reasons.

• In addition to the above charges, supplier/vendor cancellation policies (if applicable) will also apply.

• All refunds will be processed within, but not limited to, 30 days from the date of cancellation and will be made through feasible payment modes available to Natureland Tours and Travels.

• Customers are requested to provide accurate details at the time of booking. In case incorrect information (even by mistake) leads to issues, disputes, fines, or extra expenses, Natureland Tours and Travels will not be held responsible, and the client will bear the additional costs.
